We set every MediaCityUK listing to a 3-night, 7-night or 1-month minimum depending on the building, postcode and your risk appetite. You choose - we enforce it across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct.
No one-night stays. Ever.
We never accept single-night bookings - not on client properties, not on our own. This single rule removes almost every party and antisocial-behaviour risk landlords worry about.
