Firstly to begin, we send you a Management Report every month.
Instead of using a spreadsheet and just sending you that like other companies, we like to be a little more informative and make it easier for the client to understand and keep track of the figures.
So that's why we use Google Drive to safely keep all the Management Reports backed up and for you to access whenever you wish!
For every month, we have a separate folder and within that folder, you'll find all the invoices, accounting, guest statements/guest stays and any commission charged by Airbnb or Booking.com etc.
