    An automated welcome message goes out the moment a booking is confirmed - dates, times and a link to sign our Terms.

    T&Cs / ID / Guest Vetting

    The guest signs our T&Cs, uploads ID and answers our custom questions (number of guests, reason for stay) before anything else happens.

    Security Deposit

    Our system collects a deposit automatically - base £100, varies by property. No deposit, no entry details. Period.

    Final Checks

    We verify ID and that the deposit cleared. If anything is missing, entry instructions are never released.

    Guest Communication

    A 72-hour reminder, then a 24-hour check-in pack: custom guidebook, keysafe details, house info - everything in one place.
