Perched high above Birmingham city centre, the Ultra Sky Penthouse pairs floor-to-ceiling skyline views with a full refurbishment finished by the PILOT MY PROPERTY(R) team. Every surface, sofa and light fitting was chosen for guests who expect a boutique-hotel feel with the space of a private home.
The apartment sleeps up to six across two bedrooms, with hotel-grade mattresses, blackout curtains and premium bedding on every bed. It's equally suited to short weekend breaks, corporate stays and monthly relocations.
The space
An open-plan living, kitchen and dining space runs the full length of the apartment, opening onto the views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher, oven, hob and full crockery set.
Both bedrooms are king-size and both have their own bathroom, so groups and small families never share. A dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi makes this an easy choice for contractors, relocators and remote workers.

Set in Birmingham's B1 postcode, the penthouse is minutes from New Street Station, the Bullring, the Mailbox and Grand Central. Colmore Row's professional district and the ICC / Symphony Hall are both walkable.
