This apartment had so many issues such as lots of damp, mould, poor ventilation, extractor fans not working, cracked walls and holes in the walls.
The carpets were in a poor state and needed replacement in order for us to list this as a “Luxury Apartment”.
NOTE: Not all properties need this amount of work done to be listed as a Short let, but this project was to create a high-end luxury Airbnb.
