The landlord originally contacted us after finding us on Google, he needed our services for Guaranteed Rent and someone to take the house as he was done with renting to Students.

The property was in terrible condition from the walls, tired old furniture and decor.

The landlord did not have enough capacity to refurb the entire house as the condition was bad and instead, we said we were happy to take on the house, do the refurb at our costs and become the tenant for the next 5 years and run the property under our management for short lets.
