1 Bedroom Apt City Centre

Below is one of our oldest recent Short-let/Serviced Accommodation projects in Birmingham City Centre.

It was a complete rip-out, we had to start from scratch on the whole property, it was a bare shell and had no furniture in there whatsoever, the toilet wasn't working and most of it needed replacing.

- Remove & change the entire floor for the whole apartment - New flooring installed - Paint all the walls white - Install a brand new bathroom suite - Fix door locks/hinges - Install privacy window films - All furniture ordered and set-up - TV Bracket install and trunking done for loose wires - Fire Risk Assessment completed - Smoke alarms installed - Fire Extinguisher/First Aid Kit installed

The bed was custom ordered, we chose the materials separately and get the factory to manufacture this to match with the grey luxury theme. 32 inch TV in the bedroom, along with a cupboard, stunning white gloss tables & lamps.

58 inch TV in the living room, along with the geometric feature wall with a sofa bed. Grass Foliage Feature Wall behind the TV with LED's behind them all.

As you can see the theme of this apartment was Grey, hence why all the furniture is either dark grey, light or black to compliment the theme.
