Below is one of our oldest Short-let/Serviced Accommodation projects in Birmingham City Centre.

A swift Interior Design job with the most minimal budget, we gave the property a deep clean, purchased any necessary items, got our painter in to decorate the apartment and finally get it ready for short letting.

We added a sofa bed in the living room so that we could fit in extra guests and charge a higher price thus meaning the property would earn more rental income when being able to fit more guests into the apartment while keeping to the safety of the building.

Next we took professional photographs and listed the apartment on Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTA’s (online travel agents). Within a few hours we had bookings flying in, long term and we even had one guest who wants to stay longer, 1-3 months for his business trip!
