The landlord originally contacted us after finding us on Google, he needed our services for Guaranteed Rent and someone to take the house as he was done had trouble with the last tenants who didn't pay him rent and left the property in poor conditon.

As well as the last tenants not paying the landlord's rent, they also took the keys with them, meaning extra costs were involved to replace locks and keys which we covered upon viewing.

The landlord was tired and had no trust, we reassured him that we already have properties in the Manchester area and have enough properties on our books, we knew what we doing and were very honest.

We agreed to take on the house, do the refurb at our costs and become the tenant for the next 5 years and run the property under our management for short lets.
